Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026
Placeholder terms for layout. Have a lawyer review and replace before launch — this is not legal advice.

1. What The Edge Tracker is

The Edge Tracker is a trading practice simulator that runs real historical market data. It is not a brokerage, an investment adviser, or a signal service, and nothing on the platform is financial advice. All trading in The Edge Tracker is simulated and involves no real money and no real orders.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the service.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly at the rate shown at checkout after any free trial. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current period. Trials require no card unless stated otherwise.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no reverse-engineering, scraping, reselling access, or attempting to disrupt the platform. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. No warranties

The service is provided “as is.” Historical data and simulated results do not guarantee any future trading outcome. Past performance in a simulator is not indicative of real-world results.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Edge Tracker is not liable for any trading losses or damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
